This service is for people of all ages, it includes (per/person): Passenger insurance, ship insurance, qualified crew (captain and sailor), one free drink, seat, sail, WC access and music.
The provision of the service depends on the weather and maritime conditions that guarantee the safety and the security of all passengers.
There is a high probability of whale and dolphins sighting however is not guarantee, they are wild animals in their natural habitat.

The access to the cabins is forbidden.
Reservation for private departures:
- The reservation will be confirmed when the company receives the payment of the deposit (50% of the total amount).
- Cancellation due reasons unconnected with our company or weather and maritime conditions: The reimbursement of the full payment will be done only if the cancellation is 48 hours before the date of departure booked. After 48 hours, is not possible to make the reimbursement of the deposit.
- Cancellation due reasons connected with our company or weather and maritime conditions: the company will reimburse the payment done.
- Any delay at the departure due reasons unconnected with our company or weather and maritime conditions: The schedule booked will not be change been the delayed time discounted from the sailing time.
Open departures:
- Cancellation due reasons unconnected with our company or weather and maritime conditions: Is not possible to return the money back. If the customer wants to and if there is availability it’s possible to reschedule for another trip during the same day.
- Cancellation due reasons connected with our company or weather and maritime conditions: the company will reimburse the payment done.
- Any delay at the departure due reasons unconnected with our company or weather and maritime conditions: Is not possible to return the money back. If the customer wants to and if there is availability it’s possible to reschedule for another trip during the same day.
- Delays due reasons connected with our company or weather and maritime conditions: In case of a delay longer than 30 minutes in the departure time the customer can cancel the ticket and ask for the full reimbursement.
